  • Route
    • Starting from Cal Anderson Park, head East on E Olive St.
    • Turn left on 17th Ave E.
    • Turn right on E Thomas St.
    • Turn left on 22nd Ave E and head north for ~1 mile. As you approach E Galer St the view opens up - on a clear day you can see Mt Baker from here.
    • Turn left on E Galer.
    • Turn right at 15th Ave E and walk to the Louisa Boren Lookout. Enjoy the views of Mt Baker and the Cascades.
    • Head South back down 15th Ave E and enter Volunteer Park via E Highland Entrance.
    • Walk through Volunteer Park via any route, exiting at 14th Ave E.
    • Head South on 14th Ave E, then turn right at E Thomas St. This corner is a good spot to see the Space Needle and the Olympic Mountains.
    • Head West on E Thomas St, then turn right at 11th Ave E and head South, returning to Cal Anderson Park.
